Ms. Faria of the Law And Mediation Offices of Maureen A. Faria, graduated magna cum laude from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Administration of Justice.
She returned to school thereafter receiving a Juris Doctorate from Empire College School of Law, Santa Rosa, California.

Area of Practice:
A bankruptcy, family law and divorce attorney in Santa Rosa, CA (Sonoma County) and Rocklin, CA (Placer County) for over 28 years, Ms. Faria has represented thousands of clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area (Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Solono, Mendocino, Lake, Contra Costa, Alameda, and Santa Clara counties). She recently opened the Law And Mediation Offices of Maureen A. Faria in the Rocklin, Roseville area. Currently, she focuses on only Family Law matters in this office, which of course includes Divorce and mediation cases. She continues to maintain her Bankruptcy and a limited Family Law practice out of the Santa Rosa office.
As an experienced litigator, she also provides a very unique service long established in the Sonoma County area known as Legal Eagles. This is a very low-cost document preparation service for uncontested divorces and other family law matters.
Involved with a number of community groups, her professional associations include the State Bar of California, and the Sonoma County and Placer County Bar Associations.
